This project is for the new or veteran immigrant who is interested in improving their Hebrew, understanding the sources of the Hebrew language, and studying Israeli culture from the standpoint of language.
The project encompasses a number information channels (television programs, an interactive television channel, a Websites, radio broadcasts on the “Reka” network, and more) which will allow for integrated study and practice of different language skills, to have fun with Hebrew and to learn new topics in Hebrew in any place and at any time.

"Chataf Petach"

The “Chataf Patach,” television program is broadcast via the Educational Television channels 2 and 23. The program is designed for children ages 6-10. The program is broadcast on Mondays at 4:30 p.m. on channel 23; on Mondays on channel 2 from 2:30 to 3:00 p.m.; and on Fridays at 1:00 p.m. on channel 23 and on channel 1 simultaneously.
The Hebrew Language Channel
The Hebrew Language Channel will operate within the framework of the YES and HOT broadcast companies. The Hebrew Channel will include activities, language games and news bulletins in easy Hebrew, and will be available to all viewers at no charge.
Comics
Weekly Hebrew-language comic strips will appear on the Website and on the Hebrew Language Channel. Each comic strip will explain a Hebrew expression or idiom.
"Hebrew Time"
The “Hebrew Time” program is broadcast in Russian, Amharic, English, Spanish, and French according to each language’s broadcast schedule every day on the “Reka” radio network. The program presents Hebrew words and expressions.
